In this video I am going to take you guys through the typical day of a football player during Mini-Camp. This is one of the most important periods for player development and the coming together of a football team. This video will include:

Although the XFL is a new football league, their operation has exceeded my expectations thus far. With legitimate coaches, players, and scheduling, the XFL is going to be a league worthy of your attention. Stay tuned for more information as the beginning of the inaugural season is under way.

How do yall battle with a cold or flu during the season seems like most athletes don’t really get sick?
Man I really love when players do videos like this. We as football fans want to get as close as we can to what actually goes on in any aspect of football not just training camp.
