AFC Playoff Picture: Standings, Rankings & Wild Card Race Entering Week 10 Of 2019 NFL Season

An updated look at the NFL Playoff Picture for the AFC includes the playoff bracket, standings and the Wild Card Race with Week 10 of the 2019 NFL Season here. The Chargers vs. Raiders matchup on Thursday Night Football has major AFC Wild Card implications this week.

Despite a loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the New England Patriots are still at the top of the AFC Playoff Picture. Those same Ravens are the 2nd seed right now, at 6-2.

The AFC South is shaping up to be a battle, with the Houston Texans (6-3) just ahead of the Indianapolis Colts (5-3). The Texans are the 3-seed, thanks to a tiebreaker head-to-head matchup over the Kansas City Chiefs.

The AFC Wild Card Race will be close, with the 6-2 Buffalo Bills in the 5th spot. The Colts have a lead over the Pittsburgh Steelers, Oakland Raiders (both 4-4), the Los Angeles Chargers, Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans (all 4-5).

There are clinching scenarios this week for the playoffs. The Patriots, however, are getting close. No teams have been eliminated yet. Well not technically.

Y’all need to actually watch some Texans games. They have only allowed 7 sacks in the last 5 games, and have one of the best run D’s in the NFL.
