This is a really odd press conference… this is pretty cheasy. This is what you see from teams who don’t quite get it. It’s gotta be business as usual. Look at how any successful franchise in sports handles these sort of things. Not like this.

Iâm no panthers fan but I like how this guy seems to be aggressive in wanting to build the team up and not be a penny pincher at the expense of team success
He fired Ron Rivera which was very unpopular but to me it was time to make a change and he had the strength to come in as a new owner and to go in a new direction dislite the backlash heâd get
