Dallas Cowboys’ 7th round pick, 231 over-all, Ben DiNucci.
While it’s not customary to expect anything from a 7th rounder, what I like about this kid is his poise. He’s so damn calm and collected in the pocket; it’s like he’s got ‘ice water in his veins.
While, I’m not certain about arm strength, love is delivery; seamless, effortless delivery. And while some will accuse me of sacrilege, DiNucci has got that "hippidee, skippidee," "bugs running on water" kind of effortless scamper reminiscent of Joe Montana.

He has to beat ccoper rush, looks good on film, can’t wait to see him in training camp and preseason games

    Wow. Dude looks nice. Thanks!

  5. C J on June 28, 2020 at 8:35 pm

I agree, beat Rush and own that backup spot, what a beast of a runner, annihilating the secondary.

  6. Steve Saskill on June 28, 2020 at 8:42 pm

Great Video, This guy Looks very sharp, I definitely think he’s going to look great in training camp with our coaches! 👍👍👍

  7. Jerad Odell on June 28, 2020 at 8:42 pm

McCarthey said Denucci reminds him of Mark Bulger.

  8. Greg Berry on June 28, 2020 at 8:43 pm

    He could back up Dalton.

1st of all fans should want the best player not the one you don’t like. Just because you don’t like Cooper Rush doesn’t mean they should ditch him. Whoever wins the competition should get to stay and THAT IS WHAT FANS SHOULD WANT. I like this guy so I hope it works out but if he can’t beat out Rush then practice squad it is. He reminds me a lot of Romo.

i love how yall know hes better than cooper rush because well he is… but… if dak doesnt play ben is our number one qb think about that

  11. Eddie PA COWBOY ! on June 28, 2020 at 8:48 pm

Looks a bit like Roger’s. Coop is to quiet and comfy in his position. Besides, we got rid of the red head. Why not another.

  12. TheParadox116 on June 28, 2020 at 8:48 pm

He’ll definitely give cooper rush a run for his money

Pitt fan here (cowboys too). He definitely wasn’t a 5 star recruit…Pitt took a flyer on him towards the end of their recruiting class after a QB decommitted and since Dinucci was so productive in High School in the Pittsburgh area, yet didnt have many scholarship offers, Pitt took a chance on him. He had some opportunities at Pitt but didn’t do a ton with them. Was frustrating to watch at times. Has good athleticism and toughness…weird throwing motion but good zip. He left Pitt when Nathan Peterman (Raiders) took over. He obviously had good success at James Madison…didn’t really follow him too much after he left. He has a chip on his shoulder from being doubted as a high school prospect, then being looked over at Pitt. I think that’s a good thing.

What about Josh Rosen Miami probably let him go on the cheap

  15. Gio Mejor on June 28, 2020 at 8:50 pm

Sounds like a broken record but I think he is gonna be good! He’s way of throwing just screams yes he can play!

  16. TedTucholski on June 28, 2020 at 8:56 pm

Josh Allen…No. This guy is accurate. How about a cross between T.Romo & K.Warner.

  17. J_ MAC on June 28, 2020 at 8:59 pm

We needed a good hopefully it pans out.

  18. Jose Garcia on June 28, 2020 at 9:05 pm

It would be cool to get him invoulved in our offense like The Saints did with Taysom Hill. It’ll definitely open up the playbook for the element of surprise.

  19. yetor K10 benton on June 28, 2020 at 9:06 pm

When shooting craps always bet on offense, QB’s and RB’s are hard to find…

  20. Bobby Domingo on June 28, 2020 at 9:10 pm

    Love it thow him in.

  21. Brian Peters on June 28, 2020 at 9:11 pm

If we can upgrade our back up QB with a 7th round pick it’s a WIN! Now if McCarthy develops him into a solid backup that can win some games in case Dak goes down, then flip him into a higher draft pick down the round that’s a WIN WIN!!!

  22. Todd McGowan on June 28, 2020 at 9:15 pm

Started watching replay of Senior bowl on NFL Network little while ago. Just saw Bradley Anae make back to back sacks!

  23. Hawk 215 on June 28, 2020 at 9:16 pm

I’m about to get a Denucci jersey

  24. Don on June 28, 2020 at 9:17 pm

Everyone is like but he went in the 7th round…..yeah and Brady went in the 6th. After watching him throw the ball he automatically reminded me of Aaron Rodgers, this has McCarthy written all over it

  25. Beth Griffin on June 28, 2020 at 9:17 pm

good utube game with North Dakota state for national championship div 2. He looks good , dont now how good but seems to be very accurate passer , maybe this last draft will be best draft ever if these guys pan out.

  26. Jerome Hill on June 28, 2020 at 9:22 pm

I like his heart, the guy is fearless!!

  27. a boi that grinds on June 28, 2020 at 9:25 pm

I hope that we get to see him play

  28. Toño Rangel on June 28, 2020 at 9:26 pm

Parece que se le ven patas para gallo.

  29. Mr. Boxing Moves on June 28, 2020 at 9:26 pm

Yeah If Dallas can DEVELOP him and flip him for draft picks in the future. I’m on Board with that ….or Dinucci being a Competent backup to Dak due to injuries….I’m All for it.
