As always thanks for the update and keep up the great work

  2. Caevialto on February 28, 2020 at 8:17 pm

Nobody on our team, Slay or the CB 2’s can cover Marvin Jones. He has been lighting the defense up this entire off season. The depth chart was made by the Lions media team not the coaches or GM and should be taken with a grain of salt. Last but definitely not least can we please get a collective prayer for Killabrew? I don’t have a valid excuse why he should be on the team other than his marginally good rookie season.

  3. Lion Rumble 81 on February 28, 2020 at 8:19 pm

T2 Gotta Learn The NFL. We Need A Legit Special Team Package. We Lost Too Many Close Games Last Year. I’m Excited To See What The Offensive And Defensive Packages Look Like!

  4. James Lions on February 28, 2020 at 8:20 pm

I think Ragnow needs to master the Offense and get experience on the NFL level before taking over such a vital position like CENTER!

  5. Bernard Brooks on February 28, 2020 at 8:20 pm

Yo you burning a hog leg Der?

  6. ricky on February 28, 2020 at 8:20 pm

I like diggs physicality and instincts at safety he will be a good fit i bet he secures the spot hes put in his work at nickel and worked his way through the ranks

  7. The Jeneral View on February 28, 2020 at 8:21 pm

Everybody fail to realize Slay was garbage his first 2 years….. Tabor needs his time to develop

  8. Schroeder Luck on February 28, 2020 at 8:22 pm

Lol you’re right man. You did call the oline pick in the 1st round. I was convinced we’d go Landry or something there but you ended up convincing me and I’m glad you were right. Ragnow was an incredible value there.
I always held the same view as you about Blount too, but I’m a little unsure now. It makes a lot of sense to give him the bulk of the carries and run him to his death. It makes sense to squeeze the last bit out of Blount in the meantime so he can mentor KJ and Ameer. BUT I’m loving what KJ is doing in camp. He’s apparently looking like a vet in pass protection drills, which is HUGE for a rookie rb. He’s got fantastic hands too. I still think they will start KJ off slow because as long as the line is solid, Blount is perfectly capable of getting Stafford the run game he needs and it gives KJ the chance to adjust to NFL speed. But as Blount gets beat up through the season, I think KJ will have 3 down value midway through the season and possibly earlier. BQ didn’t trade up to grab KJ for him to be in a committee forever. As long as the talent is there, he will get the chance at some point for some reason to be the starter.

  9. J Schultz on February 28, 2020 at 8:22 pm

Its preseason depth chart shuffle Patricia is not wasting time. See what we got.

  10. Justin Baldwin on February 28, 2020 at 8:23 pm

Mobby is the best lions coverage man today Mobby need to get the job as the man that covers all the Lions news for the Detroit Free press and ESPN
I would love to see Mobby smoke a blunt on ESPN live covering the Lions from camp

  11. Joey TwoTimes on February 28, 2020 at 8:23 pm

First off thanks for the shoutout Mobby! I see you…
Second off thank you for being a logical and rational Lions fan. Not only do you make good points but you actually explain WHY you predict things, not just "I think this" and "I feel that"… You use evidence and facts and explain WHY people should agree with you… In other words you arent just full of S***
I read Killebrew only played a few snaps at LB. Just sub package stuff.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Willson and Toilolo are the 1-2 TEs by the end of preseason. I’ve been reading Roberts looks BAD. Toilolo doesnt catch much but he is a better blocker than Roberts and with the new run game I bet Toilolo is on the field to block a LOT…
I’m not gonna read too much into the nickel/safety thing with Diggs and Tavon Wilson. The Lions are gonna be running so many different DB packages that the 3rd safety/nickel position is kinda redundant. We are gonna see plenty of almost every DB we have. Even Tabor and Agnew will get some playtime in sub packages.
Same thing with Riddick/Johnson/Abdullah. We all know Johnson gonna get the ball plenty even if he isn’t "the RB1" on depth chart. Everybody chill.
Last point… This isn’t Madden. Players do not receive +1EXP simply by being on the field for a play. Simply saying "young guys need playing time to develop" does NOT mean they should be on the field. Young guys can develop without being thrown to the wolves. Quit acting like simply putting a player on the field will make him progress. Let the coaches do their jobs.
Longest comment I’ve ever written ugh

  12. ShaRodSweet on February 28, 2020 at 8:23 pm

Here’s what I’m thinking. If miles Killebrew doesn’t have any success at probably interior linebacker, probably used for defending running backs or tight ends, I think he’s gone (well nah he might stay for special teams he kinda a dog in there). If Adub ain’t producing on special teams I think he’s gone. it’s just for the you know I believe and I know he was her for one of them but you got to produce and he hasn’t shown us that he could yet so hopefully he’s good trade bait!

  13. James Brown on February 28, 2020 at 8:24 pm

Hey der, if I move back to the Detroit area could you hook me up with some of that 420? LOL

  14. EaZy DuzZlT on February 28, 2020 at 8:25 pm

    Hell yeah

  15. Leudell Wesley on February 28, 2020 at 8:26 pm

I like Nevin Lawson always in position just needs a quality defensive coach for technique

  16. J Schultz on February 28, 2020 at 8:31 pm

What the fuck Lawson?! He better show up and not get beat coverage! But its a preseason chart they are testing Lawson. He better turn his fuckin head!!!!!!!

  17. dlimmel on February 28, 2020 at 8:31 pm

Better count Ansah out for a few games already, and what the fuck is Dwayne Washington still on the roster? Seriously, you let Tion Green go, who out played this old fuck, but showed promise. WTF Detroit, running game is still in dire need of improvement, draft pick Johnson better prove it, cause new rules are gonna shut Blount down, no longer running with your head down rule? Fuck the nfl! Love this team, Stafford is the man, Hyder should be the showman we should’ve had last year, lets go Detroit!

  18. Bernard Brooks on February 28, 2020 at 8:33 pm

I’ll bet u Stafford burns hog legs!

  19. joe bryant on February 28, 2020 at 8:33 pm

  24. Everything King on February 28, 2020 at 8:42 pm

I personally think Motor City’s channel is trash, speaks a lot of bullshit… but as a man entitled to his own opinion… gotta respect him… unsubscribed tho🤣

  25. John Stickney on February 28, 2020 at 8:43 pm

    Intro is fire🔥

  26. J Schultz on February 28, 2020 at 8:43 pm

I wish we could make a trade for a young pass rusher DT before cuts!

  27. Kyle Renneberg on February 28, 2020 at 8:44 pm

I listen to one guy who said Anthony zettel was a bum! I kind of gave the guy a piece of my mind and told him for a young guy he did extremely well last year and that’s my personal opinion but I think he deserves the position! He’s a great tackler strong and durable and he learned from his mistakes last year!

  28. Kyle Renneberg on February 28, 2020 at 8:45 pm

😄😄 they need to put Sylvester Williams on that line!

  29. 1stblackmanonthenet on February 28, 2020 at 8:46 pm

Solid breakdown. Now it mostly falls on Jeff Davidson and these new blocking schemes. Ron Prince was total "ass." Why Caldwell kept him employed is beyond me. I think we gone be ok runnin that pill this year. Good test with Oakland.

  30. Detroit B on February 28, 2020 at 8:49 pm

Bro why you keep sending shots at MCST. Why don’t y’all colab on something to help grow the Detroit spots newscaster space. It doesn’t have to be beef or competition. Viewers are capable of watching both of your videos. I’m a pretty big fan of yours Mobby but I just hate to see black men tear each other down. It’s ok to have different views on a topic brother. Keep up the good work!

  31. allan jackson on February 28, 2020 at 8:50 pm

Camp is just beginning to get interesting! We need somebody to come out of No Where and be a Beast! I’m pulling for HAND!

  32. EaZy DuzZlT on February 28, 2020 at 8:52 pm

DeShawn shead is gonna be a beast imo

  33. Kyle Renneberg on February 28, 2020 at 8:53 pm

I honestly think da’shawn hand will take his spot in the next two years

  34. Kyle Renneberg on February 28, 2020 at 8:53 pm

I have nothing but love for Ziggy Ansah and what he’s done for this organization as a defensive end! Whether he retires now or 4 years from now for whether he goes and plays for another team I will always support him because in reality he is a phenomenal defensive end

  35. allan jackson on February 28, 2020 at 8:53 pm

If the Lions can get to the passer just good enough the secondary will get the picks!

  36. The two Musketiers on February 28, 2020 at 8:57 pm

Patricia is a madd man when it comes to defense. I’m sure "teez" has a place on THIS defense. Don’t be surprised if you see him playing a lot of corner blitz packages

  37. Joey TwoTimes on February 28, 2020 at 8:57 pm

The backup o-line positions are all wide open right now. Crosby is a lock imo, but then there’s Dahl, Robinson, Koa, Mihalik, Wiggins…
There’s a battle going on there too

  38. treeman817 on February 28, 2020 at 8:58 pm

Hey Mobby you keep mentioning us running Blount into the ground. I was wondering what you’d think about him from a fantasy football perspective? (I know this channel is really only focused on the lions and if this is too far off topic then let me know and I’ll take it down)

  39. James Lions on February 28, 2020 at 8:59 pm

Hey Mobb question….Did Matt Patricia’s main assistant in New England come to Detroit with him or stay in New England?

  40. south side on February 28, 2020 at 9:01 pm

    I hate Nevin Lawson

  41. J Schultz on February 28, 2020 at 9:01 pm

I like Zettel. Hyder has to work back it is just a preseason chart it will change you have to scout your talent! Ziggy is back! Zettel helped us beat Min!

  42. Noah Cascio on February 28, 2020 at 9:02 pm

Killebrew taking reps at LB now too. I think Lions will keep him. This back 7 is looking crazy deep with Tabor, Killebrew, Wilson, and Walker not even starting. Love the Diggs and Quin combo at safety.

  43. robert buss on February 28, 2020 at 9:03 pm

i am interested to see if cassel and rudock ever see the light of the football field. There has been to many games that stafford has thrown multiple interceptions and remained in the game, now i get it, starter with all those comebacks BUT he has to be shown that we are here to win not compete and almost make playoffs, and almost win in the playoffs. I strongly believe Detroit will have a spectacular year, opposite of mosts beliefs i think the lions will go 10-6 and take 1st or 2nd in the division.

  44. Dr Foo on February 28, 2020 at 9:04 pm

Same old can’t get no pressure on quarterback those corners need to be good!

  45. Warof Damouth on February 28, 2020 at 9:08 pm

Great show. Great insight. Great perspective. But from a professional standpoint you shouldn’t smoke during your show. Doesn’t look good. Doesn’t look cool. You’re too smart for that. BLACK EXCELLENCE bro. Time to go next level.

  46. WeezyD313 on February 28, 2020 at 9:10 pm

Imma give Nevin Lawson one more chance I wanna see him make some plays in real life.. he gotta flash this year. But I could see Patricia using Teez and shead more in the redzone since they bigger and better press corners

  47. Vivvid on February 28, 2020 at 9:12 pm

  48. Kyle Renneberg on February 28, 2020 at 9:12 pm

If Marvin Jones jr. Kenny golladay and Golden Tate cannot get separation from our Corners! That means that we have lockdown corners! Which means our defense is going to be one of the best defenses in the NFL in the secondary!
