Mad mike why do i have a feeling we are going to bounce back and be a top team again

  2. Dipesh patel on February 26, 2020 at 7:06 pm

Wait a min if matt put Kyle on the map then how come kyle has better record then dq at the moment plus name me a superstar receiver on SF …. only decent player they have on the offense is JIMMY G but In my opinion if u keep changing OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR every fucking 2 to 3 years it useless to talk about consistency

  3. Derrick Williams-El on February 26, 2020 at 7:07 pm

No those receivers got us to the big dance, Matt Ryan is good but that year their was no drops really and Matt was doing the same he did every year throw crazy balls etc. them receivers was just catching everything that was thrown. But Matt is the best qb kyle ever had well the falcons offense was the best he ever had!!!!

  4. Terrence Summerour on February 26, 2020 at 7:09 pm

They do not want your stats bro. I am still in all of these LOL.

  5. blu duc on February 26, 2020 at 7:09 pm

I agree with about 50% of your Kyle comments. I just don’t put alot into your million previous 15 years ago ect QB stats under KS. It’s all about what have ya done lately ? world as u know MM. He may not be great but he is a hell of alot better than the Quinn/Kotter train wreck. I ain’t defending KS but do you think maybe he LEARNED from past mistakes (aka ur zillion previous QB coach woes/stats) and is possibly more experienced better coach now ? Birds ( and you) need to focus only on the sorry state the Falcons are in right now not how KS and Ryan danced together in the PAST. Yeah I know u was just awnsering that dudes question, I get it. Just my thoughts. Let’s look at ALL the angles. MM u still my man !!- blu duc

I think Shannahan landed here at a time that lined up with having the proper personnel to execute his plans.
We need more than another Shannahan. We need another Michael Turner, another Tony Gonzalez

MATT RYAN HAS ALWAYS HAD A BAD FIRST YEAR, WHENEVER WEVE SWITCHED OC’S .. EVERY OC HE’S HAD, HES HAD A BAD FIRST SEASON!! MATT RYAN STARTED BAD,, EVEN WITH KYLE SHANAHAN, WHO WAS MORE THAN GOOD. WITH OUR TEAM,,. HE WAS GREAT! WITH US,, HE WAS GREAT! WE HAD THE PERFECT CHEMISTRY! BELICHECK WAS AVERAGE BEFORE THE PATRIOTS,,. BUT WITH THEM,,. HE BECAME THE GOAT! THE FACT IS,,. KYLE SHANAHAN WAS OUR BELICHECK! HE UNDOUBTEDLY BROUGHT THE BEST OUT OF RYAN,. AND WE ALL KNOW IT!! LOOK AT THE 49’S NOW!! THE QB STARTED SHAKY IN PRESEASON,,. BUT LOOK AT THEM NOW,,. THEY LOOK LIKE THE 2016 FALCONS!

  8. ItsIcyFalcon on February 26, 2020 at 7:20 pm

All I got to say is watch Matt ryan in his second year with our current coordinator. Kyle wasn’t in his first year wasn’t even cut above average. But then he changed up when matt got used to his offense. I’m am not taking anything away from kyle but if you have notices Matt ryan explodes when he get used to a coordinator. We seen it with kyle and we seen it with sark. Let just say he’s going to have mvp season next season if we keep our current coordinator. Hes playing pretty well now, its just the int but he’s will get pass it.

  9. B Strong on February 26, 2020 at 7:21 pm

Hopefully Dirk Koetter and Matt Ryan can find that 2012 magic

  10. brian sanders on February 26, 2020 at 7:22 pm

None of those guys are Matt ryan.they can’t put up the numbers he can with kyle

  11. Sean Jones on February 26, 2020 at 7:24 pm

They don’t hear you though! Keep up the good work.

  14. GhOsT PePpErS on February 26, 2020 at 7:26 pm

To be fair…outside of Donovan McNabb & Matt Ryan, the QBs Shanahan had to work with throughout his coaching career, was far from anything special 😆. "I’m not going to go on the record and say" Shanahan made Matt Ryan, that’s just silly, knowing in 2018, Ryan was on pace with his MVP statistics. However…I will not discredit Shanahan due to the fact, he was still a vital part of this 2016 Falcons offense.

  15. Down Younder SPORTS on February 26, 2020 at 7:26 pm

Sark numbers was not far off!

  16. drew pinckney on February 26, 2020 at 7:30 pm

I agree with everything you said, however Matt is getting worse, not better. Hes not growing in the right direction. He plays scared now, that means with fear. Its viable man. Most throws are high and he consistently misses the wide open read. No coordinator can save him now.

  17. ItsIcyFalcon on February 26, 2020 at 7:30 pm

Been way to long since I been on this channel great to be back. School is a bitch🙏🏾

  18. RM2427 on February 26, 2020 at 7:30 pm

It was 50% Ryan 50% Shanahan.
Same with Drew Brees and Sean Payton.

  19. Syman ATL on February 26, 2020 at 7:31 pm

Damn ok 👍🏽. You completely destroyed my argument. Facts are what they are. I hope Matt can get back on track.

  20. GeorgiaRudeBoy on February 26, 2020 at 7:32 pm

He has more wins lets be real

  21. Brian Graves on February 26, 2020 at 7:35 pm

Matt can’t win games by himself its the defense we can score points BUT the d can’t stop anyone im sure some college teams can score on Atlanta’s defense.

  22. Fred Butts on February 26, 2020 at 7:36 pm

Do you think bob sutton is telling dq what plays to call because this doesn’t seem like dq defense and do you think we need to go back to a 43 defense #AskMadMike

  23. Justin Roach on February 26, 2020 at 7:36 pm

Thank you for explaining a little bit to all these Matt Ryan haters the guy plays great

  24. Jay Salas on February 26, 2020 at 7:37 pm

I believe that partly but to be honest now it’s been long enough to get past that excuse Kyle been gone for a minute now I honestly feel Matt Ryan is just too old I mean I love me some Matty Ice but he’s not a good fit for football now a days…we need a more versatile qb who can scramble…

  25. DogManiyak G on February 26, 2020 at 7:38 pm

IceMan has like 200 plus Touchdowns in his Career
Dam hes having a great Career💪 but Iceman tell da guys we cant lose another game or were going to be fucked😂😂😂

    Excellent Info Sir! Great Post.

  30. Bruce Taylor on February 26, 2020 at 7:43 pm

Matt Ryan is a BOSS there’s no question about that. I can understand why folks would think it was Shanahan because the Falcons offense has never looked "right" since he left. Matt Ryan was GOOD waaay before Shanahan came in the picture. It looks like Quinn just got lucky with Shanahan cause the Falcons and Matt Ryan are no where near that SB team.

  31. SupaStarVFR 12Hunnit on February 26, 2020 at 7:43 pm

I’m Vic Beasley’s cousin, how is that guy the #1 fan? LoL jk. Rock on!
Shannahan was very good. He has the 49ers’ arrow pointing up right now. But Garrapolo might have something to do with that.
Matt Ryan paid some serious money for a QB clinic after before and during Shannahan’s time in ATL. And the results showed immediately in 2016. But, Ryan was posting good numbers long before Shannahan arrived. He remains Mike Smith’s greatest gift to the city of Atlanta.

  32. Falcons/Hawks/Braves Fan Extraordinaire on February 26, 2020 at 7:44 pm

No, Shanahan didn’t make Matt Ryan, Matt is a great talent but just like any other great qb they need a great offensive coordinator/mind to pair with to get the very best out of the qb’s ability… stability with the OC is critical to any qbs success

  33. GeorgiaRudeBoy on February 26, 2020 at 7:45 pm

I would have paid kyle as much as a HC what ever the cost

  34. East Coast Falcon on February 26, 2020 at 7:46 pm

Shanahan was known as the "QB killer" before Matt Ryan.

  35. Nathan Anderson on February 26, 2020 at 7:46 pm

So when would be a good time to draft a QB?
    Matt not getting any younger.

  36. Avery Collins on February 26, 2020 at 7:47 pm

People tripping way too hard on Matt. Hes still top 5 in completion percentage despite being tied for the most picks through four weeks. Hes also got 8 TDs, Brady and Brees are playing into their 40s. If this dysfunctional franchise can provide him protection and a defense, Matt can play for a long time. I believe he wants to be one of the greats, and through 12 seasons, he is. People want to throw this ‘weapons’ argument to derail Matts accomplishments, but these weapons have not been creating separation consistently other than Hooper. Matt is one of the best quarterbacks in the league in terms of spreading the ball around.

  37. cwillis1971 on February 26, 2020 at 7:47 pm

UR RIGHT, ‘HOWDY DOODY’ (MATT RYAN) HAS "CONSISTENTLY SUCKED & CHOKED" IN THE PLAYOFFS & SUPER BOWL

  38. Seargent AR-10 on February 26, 2020 at 7:47 pm

Numbers don’t lie. We will NEVER HAVE A QB BETTER THAN MATT.

  39. ATL 1 on February 26, 2020 at 7:47 pm

Matt Ryan should be to the point where he can call half of his plays himself. Looks like one huge problem is that the running game sucks. It is going to be difficult to get into the endzone without a running game.

  40. Billy Simmons on February 26, 2020 at 7:48 pm

I don’t think Shanahan would matter with this offense. Too one dimensional. Run for short, forced to pass, and they know it. Freeman has some spurts but he isn’t scaring any defense. We’re putting too much on Ryan. He’s good and getting paid but o line is sub par and receivers aren’t synced. I agree with you, Shanahan couldn’t fix this, in my opinion. Thanks for vid Mad Mike

  41. King 7 on February 26, 2020 at 7:51 pm

Matt has always had a great core an Matt Ryan is a average QB give Kyle Julio Ridley Sanu or turbo Gabriel an Coleman an Freeman on the 49ers with jimmy I bet he do the same thing if not better dude Matt is not throwing an catching them balls. Matt had roddy at his prime an then Gonzalez the greatest Tight end ever an then Julio came along an it only equal or better with the fire power from there like you got to wake up an see all sides of it also at of all those QBs you just names who had that type of fire power at there disposal like dude I think you to much of a fan then a realest it’s cool to be a fan but I’m a fan of football just not the falcons if Kyle wasn’t the best thing that happen to Matt tell Matt reach to go above that year with Kyle it will never happen an Matt even had two slot along with Julio an Sanu an Coleman an Freeman that can take the top off a defense an Matt through so many different tight ends an Wr it was amazing he’ll never do that again an he has never did it before Kyle those are facts detail an grill both Matt an Kyle instead of just pulling Kyle files an not Matt

  42. King 7 on February 26, 2020 at 7:52 pm

Mad mike smh I don’t know what to say about you. Mad mike look who Matt Ryan had to catch those passes he was always surrounded by greatness like you will detail Kyle but not Matt like be fair when you make you reports dude

  43. Lotonuu Vaimasanuu on February 26, 2020 at 7:54 pm

We should trade Matt Ryan …. Trufant,,,and ,,,aisea oliver ….to the bears or the Vikings they need a QB——and get us a CB to help the DFB ….and let the QB we get from the patriots to take over…. we need a change… rise up

  44. Soundamite on February 26, 2020 at 7:54 pm

    It was always Matt Ryan

  45. Tony Shepard on February 26, 2020 at 7:56 pm

we have best offensive coordinator in the NFL

  46. Mark Godbee on February 26, 2020 at 7:58 pm

Matt Ryan got Kyle his JOB at San Francisco.

  47. Hunter Nixon on February 26, 2020 at 7:59 pm

I think it was both a combination of Matt Ryan and Kyle Shanahan. They were a perfect fit. Ever since Shanahan left this falcons team hasn’t even looked remotely close to being a legit super bowl contender. Not saying Shanahan made Matt Ryan but his system was perfect for Him, Julio, Sanu, Taylor Gabriel, Freeman etc. But Matt Ryan was on another level that year I’m not not trying to give Shanahan all the credit because Matt Ryan had a QBR of 117 that year which is insane and he’s continually put up these numbers or close to them regardless the Offensive cordinator

  48. kenneth johnson on February 26, 2020 at 8:00 pm

SHANAHAN WAS THE MAN!! HES THE ONE O.C. THAT GOT THE MOST OUT OF MATTY!! DUDE,, YOU CAN’T DOWNPLAY SHANAHAN BY BRINGING UP ALL THAT PAST MESS WITH MESSY TEAMS,,. WITHOUT BRINGING MATT RYAN’S HISTORY INTO FORPLAY! FACTS ARE,,,. MATT RYAN HAS ALWAYS HAD A. BAD FIRST YEAR WITH EVERY O.C. HE’S EVER BEEN WITH! HES A SLOW LEARNER! I WOULD EVEN ARGUE THAT MATT RYAN HAS MADE MANY A NEW O.C. LOOK BAD IN THEIR FIRST YEAR! FACT IS,, IN YEAR TWO,,. SHANAHAN AND RYAN CONVERGED ,. AND WE WENT TO THE SUPERBOWL!! PUT MATT RYAN WITH ANYOTHER O.C.,,. AND WHAT HAS HE ACCOMPLISHED?.? I’M WAITING,,,,,,,,,,,,. ????? SHANAHAN WAS THE MAN!

  49. Mag3 on February 26, 2020 at 8:00 pm

Also I’ve been saying freeman was a bust even in our super bowl run! I’ve always said he was over hyped. Meanwhile the saints are beating us in every way they draft and play call!
