The NFC North was previously the NFC Central from 1970 – 2001 which the Lions won 3 times during that span. Since its realignment 2002, the Lions have never won the NFC North. You are probably confusing 4 NFC North titles with their 4 NFL Championships from 1935 and the 1950s.
