SEAHAWKS OFFSEASON UPDATE 5-4-2020. Clowney or Griffen??!!

#seahawks #12s #clowney

Post 2020 NFL Draft, the Seahawks make several moves to further shape the 2020 Roster, many of the moves connected to Jadeveon Clowney. The Seahawks release Starting Center Justin Britt and Starting Right Guard D.J. Fluker in a pair of Salary Cap clearing moves, netting roughly $12 MILLION in Space. Seahawks ALSO return jersey number 90 to Jarran Reed.

ESPN’s John Clayton also reports that the Hawks talks with Vikings DE Everson Griffen progress as well, possibly as a less expensive option than Clowney.

Hey my Native brother.. what’s your tribe? I am Navajo. We are very proud of our Seahawks in the great Southwest. If you haven’t been in our area, you’ll see a lot of hawk fans regardless of races, love them Hawks! What’s your clan? Hope Clowney stays at least this season to help get another title/ring… then he can move on. Lots of movement happened off season, Seahawks look great! Thanks again for your show. Go Hawks! Btw lived in Yakima from 74-98. Blue

We need to sign both to have more depth, he could add some experience and teach the rookies

Sign Clowney, goodamn. RW wants him in SEA and by what could be heard, he’s well-like by the team and he likes to be there. While his stats last year weren’t the greatest, you could always see the difference it made when he was on the field and when not. And Clowney, don’t be greedy. In your daily life, it won’t matter if you get paid 12 or 20 million Dollars a year. You could already retire on what you’ve earned so far without having to work a single day in your life. That "pay cut" would be well-invested in a championship.

Either option is good, but as much as I like Clowney I think go with Griffin is the better choice unless we want long term, he’s cheaper, he got 8 sacks compared to Clowneys 3 but Clowney had a pick six too and Griffin is 32. But I like both options.
