Defenders fan here. I am so so nervous about Cardale. I am praying he can bounce back. Tyree is a heck of a baller and he did a great job coming in and keeping that offense rolling this past weekend. The W felt great. Audi was bumpin’! That said, 40 yards of passing won’t win many games (how much Tyree went for). The D had some great takeaways and all, but that cannot be counted on to do that week in week out (see weeks 3 and 4 as an example). Cardale or Tyree (or Vad maybe?!), one of them needs to step up and get us 100+ yards passing a game. And our O needs more than a TD and some kicks to win most games. I see the formula to this W as an anomaly, not a sustainable formula for victory.
But hey… GO DEFENDERS!
