Yeah the writing was on the wall even with a lot of those wins they just didn’t look good all the way up to the last game of the season after winning eleven games it still took the last game of the regular season to see if we were going to make the playoffs and we played against a 4 win texting teen that had nothing to play for and DeShaun Watson all by himself pushed us to the point where we had to win the game on a last-second field goal that hit the upright and barely went in and though we won the feeling from the team was not a consistent winner. Jeff Fisher had a lot of Bad seasons but from 98 to around 2004 the teams that Jeff Fisher had was consistent, dependable, and just good solid teams and and they stuck to their identity and we’re good teams. The team this year had the best offense we ever had but then the defense was all wack and usually the defense is very tired throughout the season because making up for the lack of offense but I think the offense got wore out this season because they had to play hard because the lack of Defense. You know when a defense plays 8plays and finally gets the other team out of there on third down and then the offense does a three-and-out and the defense has to go right back in, this season it was just the opposite LOL the defense goes in and gets scored on and then the offense comes out in scores and is feeling good and by the time they’re done giving high fives the defense has given up a touchdown or a field goal and the offense has to go right back out there and score again and with our defense is giving up 30 points a game,, like in the Pittsburgh Steelers game the offense had to try to score 30 points in one half just to win the game LOL

Ondine piece I think it may have been just a little bit of him and Coach Mike Vrabel getting in each other’s way and he decided to retire before they had any disgruntlement, at about week 12 in the season I saw Dean pees talkin to some analyst and they were asking him about the problems on our defense and he was giving his suggestions and his mind state in running the defense was a lot different from my krehbiels and maybe they had a little friction but wanted to stay friendly so instead parties ways and Dean pees called it retirement

A new style of offense the Titans should try and it would be a Cornerstone and a game changer in the NFL I don’t know why teams haven’t developed it yet. But you see how defense is have changed more to a 3-4 defense because the offenses have more passing Dynamics especially using tight ends to the point where tight ends catch 100 passes and over a thousand yards in the league every year. So there is a abundance in big fast tight ends and the receiving tight ends that come out of college are great the only knock on them is some of them don’t block well. But our running game is mainly so potent to the point to where Derrick Henry can get two thousand yards easy is because of the downfield blocking of wide receivers and tight ends, Delanie Walker would be a dominant slot receiver and a great blocker to have in your receiving corpse and there are many tight ends dedfit the receiver mold and would be great inside receivers even in 4 receiver sets, team could still be in maximum passing game but if they decided to make a run out of it you would have the offensive line you’re tight ends and your big Delanie Walker type slot receiver, a team like that would be dominant and our tight ends like firkser and maybe even jonnu Smith playing in a formation would be dynamic, say you have your five offensive lineman, jonnu Smith or Delanie Walker in the slot and AJ Brown and Corey Davis on the edges what to use to play as we have let’s say we have Kelly Davis Jones Rodger saffold and Taylor Lewan as your offensive line with Anthony firkser at tight end jonnu Smith in the slot and AJ Brown and Corey Davis on the edges and mix the other good tight end we have in at the slot or the tight end position as needed what mainly used big ass tight ends they get open quick more in the slot and also have a tight end at his regular position so pretty much always a two or three tight end set but use tight ends as the slot receiver and they would help with short catches and do a great deal of flocking especially to get that extra help with blocking the edge man for real Delanie Walker would have been a hell of receiver with super blocking ability but there are a lot of tight ends you can start using after slot position and I tell you those teams would be dynamic like Jimmy Graham was when he played in New Orleans 20 touchdowns this season from that position and they will be going against the other team’s worst corner and like when we have to put Kevin byard on those big ass tight ends there is never a defensive back that can match up in size with big tight ends Andre Johnson is kind of the mold I’m speaking of, Andre Johnson was a wide receiver but he was built like a tight end

We NEED kylien hill from mississipi state in the 5th round

  7. Josh Janna on January 27, 2021 at 8:54 pm

Why aren’t more people talking about Henry? Imagine all the hype Zeke would’ve gotten…

Dean Pees slapped us in the face by going to Atlanta

  10. Titans up on January 27, 2021 at 8:57 pm

We need a defensive tackle this coming draft and a defensive coach

  11. Mr3191980 on January 27, 2021 at 8:57 pm

And oh yeah David long is good if we had to David Longs we will be fine but he is past coverage has been questionable at times, but we should sign a free-agent middle linebacker for a average price but it should be a competition between David Long and Evans, David Long and Jaylen Brown would be a good combination cuz what Jaylen Brown lacks in size he is a short a cooler that stays close to the ball and is great in coverage Jaylen Brown covered skills are at a elite level and though he’s not a hard tackler he is always there to make the tackle he is a good player and he’s not my style of player that I would have picked but he has proven what he can do and he’s been very consistent Jaylen Brown maybe better than he gets credit for but he needs someone good next to him David long could possibly be that person for the simple fact they are both young and could play together for many years which I guess was the plan for brown and Evans to do but Evans is at the point where he has to prove he can get the job done and to be honest he looks a little small he looks to way around 230 lb and AJ Brown is a wide receiver and he damn near ways that, so a good middle linebacker for the linebacker he plays as being the Run stuffer he needs to be closer to 250 lbs if he wants to be dominant even on the penalties that he’s always getting it’s some big guy pushing him around and he has to throw punches but if he weighed more and was bigger he could just push the guys back instead of getting so defensive he’s a big guy but for football he’s a little man LOL in college he was a good Blitzer maybe they need to use him different

  12. Mr3191980 on January 27, 2021 at 8:59 pm

And yeah if we can get a receiver better than Corey Davis for around 9 million dollars we should move on or if Corey Davis wants to stay for a proven play contract we should keep him but only if we could Humphreys to make up for his salary, I believe we gave Humphreys a 36 million dollar contract for 3 years and of the two years he blade we’ve only gotten about 5 games out of him and maybe a few hundred yards in 2 seasons the only benefit he gave to this team was his game-winning touchdown catch against the Kansas City Chiefs last year

    Disappointing Defense

  14. dws420 on January 27, 2021 at 9:00 pm

It really just all depends on how you look at it i mean yeah they got eliminated from the playoffs in the 1st round like always but at the same time Henry (along with the rest of the Titans) had a history year and won the division for the first time since 2008 as well as breaking the 9-7 curse with one of the best records the Titans have had in YEARS (and yes i already see the "BuT tHaTs rEgUlaR sEaSoN nOt pLayOfFs" comments) like i said it all depends how you look at it i feel like if they can get a good DC/OC they can really build around this team.

  15. 1Coolguys on January 27, 2021 at 9:03 pm

Disappointed defense in 2020 in especially 3rd down defense and pass rush.Dean Pees sold out by joining Arthur Smith in Atlanta. It was amazing upgrade by winning the AFC South division title for the first time since 2008. In the only good thing about the 2020 season winning division title.

  16. Mr3191980 on January 27, 2021 at 9:04 pm

Yeah the defensive line get gets a d

It was a good “season”. It’s just that the losses were very disappointing showing that when things don’t go as planned in game the coaching gets very bad and no adjustments are made. Now we need an OC and DC after having a horrible offseason. It’s bittersweet actually, like we got a generational talent at RB & WR with 2nd round picks and a revived & refreshed veteran QB for a 4th and 6th. Cant get no better than that, it’s just coaching flaws, lack of surrounding personnel, with bad play and injuries by actual good players(Byard, A. Jackson, Evans, J. Smith, J. Brown, Lewan) that held this team back. Henry did have a bad game against Baltimore but he had nowhere to run and didn’t even fumble. He earned every inch of those 40 yards. AJ Brown was also very solid that game, no one else on offense stepped up though.

I don’t know why we traded Camalie correa

  21. DC Crazy52 on January 27, 2021 at 9:10 pm

    Disappointing. Last word for me..

  22. Artemus Lucas on January 27, 2021 at 9:11 pm

I think JRob took a gamble with free agency signings. He knew the consequences beforehand. As a manager you have pros and cons. He thought if one signings fails the other would pan out. Both of them failed. So now he knew some of the cons not the expectancy of complete failures. But I hope he had a Plan B because now you have some talent you are losing but now have to replace. I think Butler will take a cut, don’t treat him like Logan Ryan. Lewan may as well, Derrick Henry did in his new contract. He gave the Titans a deal, and they failed to use the money saved correctly. Then on top of that to save money they used in-house assistances. Instead they used the money on free agency. Think about it, it will be costly for a experienced DC. After giving away free money, 😳I would suit up and let a couple guys push me around and run around for $9 million to do nothing just running around. That’s all that Beasley contributed I think he got a sack my mistake the quarterback ran into him😂😂 But this offseason is all about planning, communication, and getting the job done JRob

  23. 1Coolguys on January 27, 2021 at 9:13 pm

Atlanta Falcons might be getting a blessing though, because getting Arthur Smith as defensive coordinator might be a blessing though. In because Atlanta is a master organization of choking away big leads. They be in every game, but they choke away most of there games.

  24. avansies on January 27, 2021 at 9:16 pm

Once Lewan went down Jonnus production went down. More blocking responsibilities on his plate

  25. Brayan De Leon on January 27, 2021 at 9:19 pm

What are the chances that clowney comes back?

  26. Mr3191980 on January 27, 2021 at 9:20 pm

And the coaching in the playoff game is an example of what I was talking about but usually he didn’t coach that bad but as you know he went to the airport directly from the game to fly to Jacksonville so I’m sure he had other things on his mind

  27. Chase on January 27, 2021 at 9:21 pm

Good season. One and done sucks, but we won the South and are the best team in the division going into 2021. Focus the off-season on pass rush and we’ll be poised for another run. I look around the AFC and it’s really only the Chiefs and Bills that I put significantly above us.

  28. Kevin Whitfield on January 27, 2021 at 9:22 pm

Let get defensive coordinator and draft a pass rusher in the 1 and 3 rounds

  29. Mr3191980 on January 27, 2021 at 9:23 pm

Linebackers got a f, Jaylen Brown is not explosive but he consistent and he’s always near the ball if he didn’t get hurt they may have done better but Evans and all of those other guys they get a f and if not for the fact that we only pay Rashad Evans 3.5 million a year I would move on from him, but at that price we can sign another good veteran middle linebacker and maybe the competition will bring the best out of him or the veteran will show that he is better. But a lot of people don’t recognize the importance of a middle linebacker Edge rushers are important but you’re really only expecting to get pressure from The Edge and maybe 12 sacks a year, the middle linebacker does the Dirty Work, but he stops the Run and you have to do that consistently every game to have any chance at being a solid defense and I’m middle linebackers are pushovers but Jaylen Brown is Scrappy Evans is only Scrappy when he’s getting penalties

  30. Andy Williams on January 27, 2021 at 9:24 pm

Bills and bucs didn’t dominate many this year in fact we dominated the bills ,but i agree with most everything else.

  31. farojaco on January 27, 2021 at 9:27 pm

    Jurrel Casey =( very sad

  32. Mr3191980 on January 27, 2021 at 9:28 pm

Kalif Raymond is good is just the way that Arthur Smith was running the offense he ran his offense kind of like the Patriots, the Patriots would have some running back come up from the practice team and run for 200 yards in three or four games and then they would just put him back on the practice team four five or six games and bring him back for some game in the playoffs or something and that’s how author Smith does our players at the beginning of the season Kalif Raymond was starting for like the first four games and they were going to jonnu Smith a lot and John knew Smith was catching one or two touchdowns every game for about six games then they just quit using him for the rest of the season and same with a few other players and he changed his offensive play-calling style last year he threw a lot of deep play action balls and that’s where Kalif Raymond is a specialist but maybe teams were taking away the Deep ball so this season we threw a lot of short passes but I’m sure at some point we could have hit teams deep down the field but that just wasn’t a part of our offense this year so if we get a coach that uses players more in a signature fashion AJ Brown and Corey Davis make it more than 40 or 50 passes in a season because they got their yards off yards after the catch and that’s what the wide receiver coach preached to them that they wouldn’t get many touches so they had to make everyone count if they wanted to get a thousand yards but just to say that Kalif Raymond is still the player he was last year and many of the players like jonnu Smith that may seem like they didn’t do much had a lot to do with the coaching

  33. ertyu0078 on January 27, 2021 at 9:29 pm

Yes it was titans couldn’t even get out of 1st round

  34. Emperor of Rome on January 27, 2021 at 9:32 pm

I wanted us to go Antoine Winfield Jr with our 1st pick. Would have much preferred him to Isaiah Wilson.

  35. Charles Crockett on January 27, 2021 at 9:33 pm

Our team is about to take a big step down. That AFCCG was essentially our superbowl. Its time to come back down to earth hard. We have no OC, no DC, no money under the cap, a dud 1st Round pick, an injury prone franchise left tackle, no pass rush, will probably need to draft a WR AND A TE too, if we let Jonnu walk. All of this and a tougher schedule….we will be lucky to be 9-7 this next season. I hope this isn’t the case, but hey, its what I expect. Its what this team has shown us year after year.

  36. farojaco on January 27, 2021 at 9:35 pm

Arthur smith is to blame about the darryinton evans lack of chances on the field

  37. Michael Corson on January 27, 2021 at 9:36 pm

The defense being SO bad precludes the season from being anything but a disappointment.
