"University" of Phoenix ? It isn’t a _university_. *It’s a scam* that has nothing to do with education. It was designed to funnel U.S. taxpayer dollars which were intended to fund legitimate education, into the pockets of the "university’s" "students" in the form of Federally guaranteed tuition loans, and thus straight into the pockets of the owners of the "university". This, in exchange for some videos of incompetent people aping their way through "teaching" some irrelevant "classes", and some handouts. This video, and everything else the "university" of phoenix does to promote their embezzlement of taxpayers’ dollars should be regarded as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise. What to do ? Call your congressman and your senator.
Why is it that, when I see ads for the "university" of Phoenix, the Donald Trump "university" instantly comes to mind ? And, *_why don’t I ever_* see billboards advertising _actual_ private (but non-profit) _universities_ like Stanford, Harvard, Caltech, Yale, USC, Columbia, MIT, Washington university, Cornell, Brown, etc. ? And why, when there are _SO MANY_ *_excellent_* public universities like UCLA, Berkeley, UT Austin, UC San Diego, etc., that we _don’t EVER_ see mass-marketing by those reputable institutions ? Why don’t _real_ universities put up ridiculous, lurid billboards and carry out sleazy, embarrassing marketing campaigns to flog what they’re trying to sell ? Could it possibly be because about 90% of people in the U.S. understand that the non-profit _real_ universities I listed provide an invaluable public good at a relatively low cost, and 90% of the U.S. public _knows it_ and these excellent institutions _don’t need_ to advertise ? Could it be because *_the difference_* between a good, public or recognized private university and things like the "university" of Phoenix are like *_the difference_* between _chicken salad_ and _chicken shit,_ and most people know that too ? And why doesn’t the 10% of the U.S. population who falls for these sorts of for-profit scams know that they’re being fleeced ? Are they just stupid ? Are they so stupid that they don’t understand that, if they are in the lowest 10% of the U.S. population in terms of general knowledge of the world, then it wouldn’t matter if they had a PhD in Physics from Caltech or an M.D. from Harvard _it wouldn’t do them any good, because their stupidity would doom them to fail in life anyway ?_ Huh ? Please, somebody…. ‘splain me THAT.
Heard a little rumor than the supplier for the gearboxes to move it, didn’t fill them with oil, resulting in every single gearbox having to be replaced..
Most players prefer playing on real grass. Having a dome stadium with no weather elements to worry about and the luxury of playing grass as well is really a unique thing. I applaud the minds that designed this.
Useless and too much. All this for what? All this money to build for what? Idiot with no interests. Only for few who bet for more money and make deals secretly for the pure and idiots. So stupid
Did some simple math, says field averaged approx 10 feet per second (7 mph) Find that a little hard to believe. It needs to move about 400-500 feet so it should technically take less than a minute. Also you can tell by your eyes it is not moving 7 mph lol
And the new Las Vegas Stadium (which will be the home to the Las Vegas Raiders and UNLV Rebels Football) will have the same sytem that the University of Phoenix stadium uses
It also allows the grass to get maximum sunlight without having to leave the top open. It would be too hot and uncomfortable for patrons, otherwise, were it open frequently. This is what truly makes the stadium multi-purpose. http://www.universityofphoenixstadium.com/stadium/statistics
We need one in HK. Lau Kongg Wahh is offering HKD 60 million for the first 3 unsuccessful bidders. Bring your design and change the name to Kai Tak Stadium.
I’ve been there 7 times but never knew that it was moveable
NRG Stadium in Houston could use this right about now

wow….power of tech
Damn…
Cool! Who had the deep pockets to pay for that👀
That thing needs to go faster.
So how much did this toy cost?
Lol someone should find the button and move the field outside while game is being played
What a stupid concept.
Go Cardinals!!! Grass > Turf
This field sucks, all the players slip and fall all over the place on it.
"natural grass" is true? 🙂
What is the real pourpouse of this retractile floor?
"Avg speed: 7 mph" my ass. I could crawl faster than that thing.
Go cardinals.
what the hell, its arizona. why isnt the stadium just an outdoors stadium??
0:51 when you have a retractable football field, always make sure that it is installed with a "Heavy Duty Safety Switch!"

The point is to have an INDOOR – Natural Grass field. It goes outside to grow and inside to play.
that stadium is just for a college team? the amount of money in American sport is incredible.
I dont get the point of that
Just WHY?
Isn’t it the same if they just have the field in the stadium instead of outside of it?
Love the Bender.
Thought the grass would be nicer, it’s pretty brown in spots
How does University of Phoenix have a team?

Avg speed 7 mph? More like .7 mph….7 mph is jogging.
Can’t wait to go there and watch the Univ. of Phoenix football team next season.
what a big task to do every home game
And the new Las Vegas Stadium (which will be the home to the Las Vegas Raiders and UNLV Rebels Football) will have the same sytem that the University of Phoenix stadium uses
hee haw from france #arizonacardinals
Wow
If they didn’t spend the money on this, it would have just gone into some rich man’s pocket.

Why is the field like this?
do you have more then one type of field? like a baseball field or something like that?
