XFL coaching news

My name is Sean Fredella. I am a 4-time cancer survivor and creator of The EndZone. As a child, I was never able to play football because of my fight with cancer. After my battles, I wasn’t free from the horrors of cancer. I still struggle with the longlasting effects of cancer, but I still want to pursue my dreams of being involved in the world of sports. you should try doing longer videos. I wouldn’t mind less vids but the short vid format isn’t my favorite.

  2. SportsNewsToday on January 27, 2021 at 9:06 pm

Yes I got it out first anyway good vid I believe Marc should go though and gil but also Steve spurrier from the Orlando says he wants to play so that’s good and you have guys like norm chow and chuck long or Hayes brother who could be qualified for a head coaching job

  3. Riley kazama on January 27, 2021 at 9:06 pm

I hope none of these coaches get fired when the reboot happens it’s a chance for them to reset and try this again

  4. Keith Ingram on January 27, 2021 at 9:07 pm

I would transfer Trestman to D.C. and put THE BALL COACH spurrier in Tampa. He started his pro career there with the Bandits of USFL. No coach has proven to be worthy of termination. The ONLY weakness I saw in Tampa Bay Vipers was the QB turmoil. They had a good defense and some good running backs. XFL needs Quarterbacks and skill position players to succeed. They are out there. Lots of quality players that are 54-65 on an NFL roster. It’s the QB position that offers the big challenge. In my opinion they need to go as big as they can for 8 QBs of quality. I dont pretend to know how to pull it off financially. But they had 1 exceptional qb in PJ walker. They had one with high high upside, loads of potential and raw athleticism in Taamu. They had one talented guy in Cordale Jones who wilted in the limelight. They had one aging vet that can really spin the rock. In Johnson and then it dropped off bad. Silvers, Mcloin Perez, all sub par in my opinion. They need to go after a specific type. The excellent college player who does NOT project to make an NFL ROSTER. SAM ELLINGER AT Univeristy of Texas comes to mind. Sign them. Pay them and give them a season or 2 as a starter at the XFL level. Then let the NFL come get who they want. Be the league that refines and improves skill position players for a shot at the NFL. Andjm if they cant stick in NFL, maybe they can have a decent XFL run.

I hope the coaches come back cause I see no point for them leaving. They started the season halfway until covid got in the way and the season was cancelled. They should all come back.

  6. Christhecricket on January 27, 2021 at 9:09 pm

I hope Dallas keeps there coach.

  7. Rodney Jackson on January 27, 2021 at 9:11 pm

I would like to see Steve Spurrier in the XFL. Did great with the Apollos of the AAF and did great years ago in the USFL with the Tampa Bay Bandits.

  8. Platoon3090 on January 27, 2021 at 9:11 pm

Bring Zorn back. He’s a good coach and the team was starting to play very well. Zorn was at a disadvantage

  9. Mistacole on January 27, 2021 at 9:11 pm

Kevin gilbride ran an ancient offense, everyone is talking about how Matt mcgloin got all mad but I feel for him a little bit, he wasn’t given much

  10. 314jrock on January 27, 2021 at 9:12 pm

I hope Jonathan Hayes comes back to coach the St. Louis Battlehawks.

  11. coach simmons on January 27, 2021 at 9:16 pm

    Lovie Smith for D.C.

  12. Jerry Butler on January 27, 2021 at 9:21 pm

They have to bring in Steve Spurrier, I would try to sign Graham Harrell USC O.C as HC in LA, but I know that probably won’t happen, but it’s a thought.

  13. articstorm007 on January 27, 2021 at 9:22 pm

Please no Jim Zorn. Spurrier needs to come in though

  14. Matthew Burk on January 27, 2021 at 9:26 pm

    Give me some spurrier

  15. R Smith El on January 27, 2021 at 9:27 pm

Mark Trestman was a Trash Head Coach. I would definitely hope to see another coach replace him with the Vipers!

  16. Steve Mikre on January 27, 2021 at 9:28 pm

Like to Steve Spurrier in the XFL. Perhaps a return to Washington…

  17. Hitman The DJ on January 27, 2021 at 9:28 pm

Bro, Hal Mumme didn’t even make it through the last season, before Stoopes had to replace him as OC… He was awful!

  18. Frankly Speaking on January 27, 2021 at 9:30 pm

Kevin Gilbride did a great job with the NY Guardians. I like to see them back next season.

  19. O.G. Shy on January 27, 2021 at 9:31 pm

I would hope most of the coaches return. It gives credibility to the league.

    Bring Back Jerry Springers Double
Hal Mumme And Jonathan Hayes And Of Course My Guardians Coach Kevin Gilbride . *New Hire* Eric Bieniemy For DC Replacement

  22. Anthony C on January 27, 2021 at 9:36 pm

Chris Peterson to replace Jim Zorn in Seattle. Coach Pete loves developing guys but saw the writing on the wall with the monetization of CFB athletes. XFL type of league & players are right in his wheelhouse.

  23. RC from the NYC on January 27, 2021 at 9:36 pm

I thought Kevin Kilbridge did a very good job as coach of the Guardians. He kept going up and down the sidelines trying to keep the team in each game (even the blowout to St. Louis), and dealt with the Matt McGloin issue quickly and to positive results. I’d say bring him and his coaching crew back. #GoGuard

  24. The EndZone on January 27, 2021 at 9:44 pm

Do you think coaches like Bob Stoops will return to the XFL?

  27. David Buswa on January 27, 2021 at 9:50 pm

These old retread coaches should come back to the XFL only at half of what they were making under Vince. It fiscally irresponsible to over pay coaches when there is no new TV deal and renewed stadium leases in place. Garcia is doing this ass backwards that is why you don’t let a woman(?) run a men’s league unless it’s the unwatchable WNBA

  28. Willie Dominguez on January 27, 2021 at 9:53 pm

Stoops may be a long shot as he was one of those that filed a lawsuit regarding unpaid salary. Would LOVE to have him back for Dallas but would not be surprised at all if he said, "thanks but no thanks"

  29. Bad Boi bears on January 27, 2021 at 9:56 pm

I think they should go for older coaches they can handle more things that come there way they need to go grab college players who aren’t getting nfl and they need to get running ASAP under a bubble in Florida and get that abc cbs ESPN some kind of tv contract otherwise they will not make it

  30. Bass Ver Gelsin on January 27, 2021 at 9:59 pm

To the 1% people who see this have great day/night and be grateful for everything in life 🔴

  31. Nicholas Porter on January 27, 2021 at 10:00 pm

It would be safest if they keep most of the old coaches
